Resources to help you run a WLTDO? group
We’re here to help you develop materials to publicise your group, to clothe and equip your team, and welcome and inspire your families. In this section we have mocked up some examples of the sort of materials you can develop, made our logo and various publicity templates available to download, and provided a set of brand guidelines to help you.
Here’s our 5 step route to follow:
Step 1: Read our brand guidelines
Step 2: Decide in your team what materials you want to produce
Step 3: Download the WLTDO? logo and the templates that will help with what you want to produce
You can download our logos and templates below. You can then produce publicity materials, resources for your team and products to give to your families. You may also sell branded products within your own group but not more widely.
Remember to follow our brand guidelines with regard to how you use the logo and refer to WLTDO? when developing your resources.
If you wish to produce a poster/leaflet/banner for your own church’s use, using the Who Let The Dads Out? logo, this is fine with us. You can design your own poster, leaflet or banner and get this printed by your local printer, so long as you follow our requirements about how the Who Let The Dads Out? logo appears. We stipulate that you must not change the logo in any way and that you send us a copy (to mail@cff.org.uk) of how you’re using it. (It’s always nice to see what good ideas different churches come up with anyway!).
If you or your church decide that you’d like to sell the Who Let The Dads Out? poster/leaflet/banner you have produced to other churches then you cannot do so without our consent and a licensing agreement with Care for the Family. You must contact us at mail@cff.org.uk first.
If a printer is asked to produce a poster/leaflet/banner for an individual/church then this is fine. However, if a printer wants to start selling more of these posters/leaflets/banners to other churches they cannot do so without our consent and a licensing agreement with Care for the Family. They must contact us at mail@cff.org.uk first.
The same principles apply as outlined above. If you want to design your own item containing the Who Let The Dads Out? logo then, subject to our agreement, you may produce this yourself – for you and your church’s use only. We will need to approve the item before you arrange for it to be printed/produced. If you wish to be able to sell the item to other churches you cannot do so without our consent and a licensing agreement with Care for the Family. You must contact us at mail@cff.org.uk first.
The above points provide a list of uses of our name and logo that are acceptable. If what you want to do is not on the list then please contact us for approval. If what you want to do is not on the list and you have not gained our approval then it is likely that your proposed use will infringe our rights. We are committed to protecting our Who Let The Dads Out? name and logo and will take action to protect our rights should this be necessary.
Step 4: Add your local details, as required, to the materials that you want to produce
We do not need to see your publicity or product designs before you implement them with your chosen print supplier. However, if you are at all concerned or want support/advice on layouts for publicity materials or clothing/products please don’t hesitate to contact us at mail@cff.org.uk
Step 5: Go to your preferred print supplier to order your materials
