We can do more together than we can apart!

What is a Partner?

Anyone who gives regularly by Direct Debit or Standing Order to Care for the Family is a Partner. Our Partners can decide the size of the donation and how frequently they would like to give. We have faithful supporters giving anything from £1 a month to £250 a month! No amount is too small or too large. Most of our Partners give a monthly donation, but you may decide that once a quarter or once a year is better for you.

It is an enormous help to us when people are willing to give to us on a regular basis. Knowing that we can count on this support means that we can begin new projects and plan for the future, and more people can be helped. Furthermore, as a Partner, you can also take advantage of the following:

  • 15% off resources
  • Exclusive Partner rates on event tickets
  • Special partners email: partners@cff.org.uk
  • Special partners contact number: 029 2081 5893
  • A ‘Family Tool Kit’ of resources when you first sign up as a thank you from us!

You can become a Partner simply by choosing how much you would like to give per month on our Partner page.

There are two ways to give regularly, either by Direct Debit or Standing Order. We find most people prefer to set up a Direct Debit. This means we can easily set everything up for you, and update your details if you giving changes in any way.

The best way to stop or change your Direct Debit is to contact us using the details below. We will quickly and accurately amend your details. Alternatively, you can cancel directly with your bank, however, we don’t often receive much information from the bank when this is done, which is why contacting us in the first instance is best.

If you are a UK taxpayer, then Gift Aid is a great way to make your gift go further to Care for the Family. Using Gift Aid will allow Care for the Family to reclaim the basic rate on your gift. As an example, this means for every £10 you give, we can claim an extra £2.50. For more information about Gift Aid, visit our Gift Aid FAQs page.

Inflation linked giving

Just like taxes and your weekly shopping basket our costs as a charity do unfortunately go up too. By agreeing to increase your gift annually in line with inflation it helps us to maintain our level of services and continue to support those who need our help.

You can decide to opt in on any of our partner forms (paper or online) or you can notify us by email or phone. You are never automatically opted in.

We use the annual Consumer Prices Index (CPI) measurement on the anniversary of your signing up to inflation linked giving. In any case, regardless of the rate of CPI we will never increase your gift by more than 3% (unless you decide to ask us to!).

The increase will take place annually on or shortly after the anniversary of your signing up to inflation linked giving. We will always contact you – usually by email – before we apply an increase, so you will always have the option to decline the change.

Yes – you are always in control. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at mail@cff.org.uk or on (029) 2081 0800.
